Total test score is not really relevant.
his total test is 2x normal, and his free test is nearly 2x normal (ie, 44 with a range of 8-25). seems about right for 450mg of test a week to me, especially if he's not taking Proviron or something with it to drive down SHBG and drive up free test.
its not "spectacular" but definitely acceptable imo
