    Pause Squat: 5x45/3x135/3x225-4/4/4

    Really looking forward to winter when work lightens up, so I can get back to more productive sessions.

    Absolutely love paused squats. Had a session a while back with 10s lowering, 30s hold and then try to explode back up. Brutal!

    Good to know I’m not the only one. All I ever hear is how much people hate them.
    I was starting to think that there might be something wrong with me.
