Took kids to the gym, mc'd, and walmart.

Lateral machine x3
Shoulder press x 3
Front plate raise x3 (blew up)
Reverse peck deck x3
Seated lat raise x3
Started to do tri press decided to save for chest day.
Did some iso curl machine and reverse curls.
My shoulders were brutal.
The pain was so bad I sat in the car a bit and moaned.
This suspension with slin is like this:
Shoot suspensions, one hour later shoot slin hit gym after 30 min. Flex your arm three times good and hard and you have a pump. This is causing me to get better effect from a lighter workout.
Its like blood and water go wherever I want it immediately.
The other night I did quads and bis/tris. I was freaking thirsty! I drank water and gatorade, probably a gallon and a half. I did not need to piss.
An hour or so after workout my pump started fading and I had to piss so damn bad all at once I stopped in the road. I bet I pissed 3/4 of a gallon.
