What's up with B12 injections? Are they really any better than oral?

Some people can't process oral B-12. My brother almost passed away until they finally realized this. He has to give himself B-12 injections just to live. I think he was in his forties when this came up. He got very sick, hospitalized and almost passed and they finally checked his B-12 and figured it out.

Vitamin C is best intravenously with a dropper. When I'm sick, I'm going to a nurse. I'm lucky, she's my friend
Intramuscularly good, but like oral, I think.
intravenously very good for health, always puts me on my feet

IM Still good, but painful. Maybe little better as orals. But IV best results for health... IV only with the help of a nurse. Not alone, difficult application for me.

Vit C is water soluble, like Vit B. Maybe injection gets around this but what would it improve? Iron absorption is my first guess. The immune system has feedback loops.

Yeah, there was a lot more than I thought. The best is the last one where they concluded Vit-C injection fights fatigue for a day
    CONCLUSION:

Thus, intravenous vitamin C reduced fatigue at two hours, and the effect persisted for one day. There were no significant differences in adverse events between two groups. High dose intravenous vitamin C proved to be safe and effective against fatigue in this study.
I'm always a skeptic so I hope to see more along these lines. Modern medicine in the U.S. is so slow to improve our health. Much less hurdles in other industrialized countries where, consequently, the life expectancy is higher and the cost of health care is lower.

There are actually rejuvenation clinics and even bars that offer IV vitamins. Nothing I have ever tried personally.
