    Normal everyday stuff.

Last night was pork chops and cottage cheese, most of the container.
Then about 5-6 cups of coco puffs.
Buncha slin in front sure helps.

Breakfast is heavy as hell any time I can

Bacon eggs sausage hashbrowns biscuits and gravy slin little grape juice so I feel healthy af.

Lunch is my fast food or f up the fridge time.

Dinner tonight was three giant chicken burritos.

A gallon of milk really adds up too.

I’ve never tried them. I make my own “mass gainer” of sorts. I put a ton of oats and sugar and eggs and milk into my post workout protein shake. If you read the ingredients on those mass gainers all they are is a huge amount of carbs.

Also I try my best to stay away from getting my calories on the form of shakes

I struggle with breakfast more than any other meal. I usually eat a cup of oatmeal, 2 slices toast and a big glass of milk. I can’t bring myself to eat eggs in the morning..

They are expensive. That’s the biggest reason I’ve never used them.

    You’ve used them before?

    Yes
    On gold standard mass gainer.
Rich as hell. Took a cup of powder per serving. Big bag would last a week.
