    Thank you all for the support! Finnally I have succeeded so far that there are no more cravings for a caffeine!

    I've had caffeine issues for a long time
    I remember when I was n my prime years ago in power lifting, I used to take about 800mg-1gram a day in the gym
    These days its around 300-600mg per day
    I dont think i can quit at all
