I come to find that there is always a reason for why someone does what they do , whether it's past related or an issue they choose to not deal with or simply because they suck.

Understand that it is out of your hands and you can't control that situation , you can only control how you deal with it or don't deal with it . Sometimes it's easier said than done but if you let this person get to you , it only adds more ammo for their already shitty self confidence.

Hope you get everything worked out. I know this is not the same but there's a guy that works at the same place as me and his intention all the time is to get 2 people pitted against each other and sit back and watch the damage. He loves to stir crap up and for everyone to be mad at each other while wanting everyone to like him. He's a snake and a liar and I can't stand to be around him. People are slowly figuring him out though and he's burning bridges. I have no idea why he does this but he truly enjoys doing it. I'll never understand it and I have no idea why it has taken people so long to figure out what he's doing.

When I have a situation like this I'm the same way. I have to talk in person if it's at all possible. Seems you can work something out face to face 100 times quicker. The bad thing about the man that works where I do is I'm in a leadership position with my company and he is in management at the place we are contracted so I can't confront him about anything because it could get our whole group kicked out if I say the wrong thing. He's a liar and a snake and I just have to sit back and watch what he does without being able to confront him. He knows this and it's the same with other contracted groups there. He's an equal opportunity shit starter.

Crazy thing about this Kenny is you can sit back and watch what he is doing crash around him. If people are smart enough they will all see what's going and who knows he be written up or reported for this bullshit behaviour.

Either you have to check yourself or think about changing the people you surround yourself with ... Or both .

Sometimes I think I'm doing right by people or saying good things but if I would to see if from their perspective, it would be totally different.
