You ever workout in the gym and guys working out with their girls seem to give you the look when you're hitting heavy squats, deads or bench and they're just looking at you
They even try and switch up their workouts to try and out lift you on whatever you're doing that day

Friendly competition or those guys feel threatened because you're stronger than thjem and their girl is mirinin

He is the old school version of the wrestlers today. He used to wresle on MID SOUTH WRESTLING right before wrestling blew up into what it is today. If he was 40 years younger he would be one of those wrestling superstars. I met him in a Piccadilly cafeteria one Sunday after a Saturday night match at our little civic center. Seeing him reminds me of how old I am.

This is why I wear a hat a pulled down lower, almost like blinders on a horse. I try to not make eye contact with people and just do my workout and leave. Insecurities run rampant in the gym which is sad and have no desire to get caught up in some else's and its sad because going to the gym is about bettering your health. Also women are easily just as savage and I catch them staring to the point where I will laugh mid lift, mainly when I do cable exercises which is directly across from the inner/outer thigh machines and glute machines.....

In the gym or on the street I make eye contact and give a nod to everyone. Otherwise you’re seen as an easy mark.

Yea, I kind of do the same thing except I do make eye contact with everyone I can... What I do is probably a little crazy in some way. I honestly feel like that gym is my second home so I can do whatever I want in that place so I act like I run the place basically, I may be a little to comfortable but I seriously just do what I want and others seem to stare...
I dont run the place but it feels like my home so i act the same way i would here, i am very comfortable in the gym and sometimes i do end up talking to people anyway just why not.. they're training right next to you anyway

I personally believe everyone is worried about and threatened by everyone in the gym.

I know I feel self conscious until I get a pump.

I never had the "IDGAF" philosophy.
I do give a fuck what everyone thinks.
I have got to be better than them too at basically everything.

I want people to stare at me and think I look like a disgusting freak. I want children to get that "oh shit" expression on their face when they see me.

I want women to believe at first glance that I would be a ton of fun to crawl under (until they realize I am not that fun). I want guys to feel immasculated at my presence in the gym.

Though, I dont always want this in public places.
I dont like walking into a gas station and seeing a 6'8" string bean puff his chest out because I am present. It makes me want to hit them.

It's nice to get looks from younger woman again (that wold be 40's & 50's, lol). And I've gotten some nice comments from students, that their mom's passed on to them (they work out at my gym by the school). Plus even a glance from another dude when I've got a killer pump.

But I've never encountered that competition b.s. I do have a no non-sense appearance and have been told I don't look like someone that you would want to talk to at the gym, so maybe that's been it.

It's all about what kind off energy/ charisma you give out.
These scenarios are all with the same look on my face (atleast what I think), just inside feelings.

When I feel calm and collected, I always get chicks looking and the guys acknowledge that and come over asking who I am in a friendly matter.

If I'm angry the chicks get wet (not piss guys) as f*ck, but don't dare to speak and the guys give angry stares that never last long.

If I'm horny and desperate..... well, that always goes to hell and I'm ending up feeling like a creep. Even the guys keep giving umconfortable side-stares like "is it me he wanna bang? nah...rly!?"
