Im 43 guys lol. I eat chicken practically every day.
Eggs , bread , whole milk with cuban coffee for breakfast / chicken, turkey or beef with pasta , rice beans or potato twice during the day and the same for dinner. Two maybe three pb sandwiches somewhere inbetween . Protien bcaa's pwo. I dont eat fish and some times sub a meal with pizza. Two chips ahoy cookies or some peanut mm's after dinner. My diet going on 20 years.
