    I've heard CPAP machines can be found fairly cheap via Craigslist, Kijiji, etc.

    Yes but you have to do a sleep study to see what pressure works best for you. They will change it and monitor throughout the night. It’s quite a study. Wires hooked up to your head chest and legs.
