I really dont know. Maybe its the age too. Not the high reps approach.
But i def will start to throw in some 8 reps set.
And maybe i should not judge yet. Friday was ok. And i had some stomach problems during sundays workout. Gut was extended. Maybe the blood was driven to the problemes there.
And some logs say even sus wont kick in before week 4.
Dont agree with that though.
