On trt and usually inject subq to avoid poking so many holes in my muscles. But now I’m blasting 2-3 times per year. Using test/deca/mast so can’t subq. Surgery on both shoulders so can’t possibly do glute injections as I’m as inflexible as a fuggin statue. So my only options are delts and quads.
But every time I shoot quads it hurts like balls. Tried 1/2 inch, 1 inch. Hurts going in and I almost always seem to hit a nerve/vain. And I sit there like a candy ass for like 10 mins before injecting. Am I an enormous pussy? I don’t mind getting in the ring and getting punched in the face for minutes at a time but when it comes to a quad injection my 3 year old is more of a man than me.
Anyone else have this?
