Rui labs/rui products 2019 - never again

Placed an order with them last week, was sent the wrong item and contacted their customer support multiple times. It’s been days and I’ve still yet to hear back.

Of the one product that was correct on the order - hcg - it doesn’t seem to be working at all.

Not sure what happened to them but I’d stay away. Shame because they used to be solid.

If your going to call out a company then you need specifics otherwise you have zero credibility. "HCG doesn't seem to be working." That's really vague and what are you comparing it to? Were your testes the size of peas and they didn't blossom into giant grapefruits overnight?

Taking a few days to reply is completely normal. There's also likely a huge time difference. When I text my friend in Australia he replies 3 days later from a 14 hour time difference.

I am not defending RUI but your post comes across as "they made a mistake and didn't immediately fix it plus give me some wine and cheese on a silver platter."

I'll be nice though and go into specifics: They listed an edible product to have 240mg THC in it, and the product they sent me contained only cannabis and zero THC, which was listed on the packaging that arrived. Completely different than what was advertised online.

HCG is very obvious if it works or not. Either your balls come back to normal, or they stay small. It works very quickly, the half life of it is 24 hours. And nope, they are in eastern timezone, same one as me. Your friend is not comparable anyways because he is an individual, they are a business with customers.

And you're trying pretty hard to defend them, it's kinda suspicious. I didn't even demand a refund, I just asked what they could do about it and have not heard back in 4 business days now. I expect to get what I pay for, not "wine and cheese on a platter" or whatever the hell you're talking about. So either they've ignored me at this point or their customer service team must consist of one guy on a remote island in the pacific responding to inquiries via a dial-up connection.

Did you try testing your HCG with a pregnancy test?

Edit: Also, did the edible item contain 240mg of THC or 240mg of CBD? Not many places are going to sell THC edibles online?

Do you understand you can't use bro science to depict if HCG is working . It was asked if you used a Prego test to see if it's legit.

I never used this lab but this is what is wrong with people using products .

No one knows shitz they just immediately bash a lab or say the gear is bad and no idea what they are talking about.

I've been using HCG for years as I'm on trt and I can tell you there is not much diff on or off . Maybe sometimes I'll feel tightness in my but sack but that's about it.

If I want to feel at ease I'll get bloods done ( FSH and LH ) to see and put some liquid on the Prego test to see if it's good to go.

I haven't had an issue with them in years, FWIW. I won't use them anymore as I've sourced other places (stopped with liquids -- just too inconsistent)

a lot of newbs expect AAS or peptides etc. to be like drugs . smoke this, snort this, etc. and you will suddenly feel massive effects. hormones don't work that way . plenty of newbs have probably left bad reviews on a lab that actually over doses their gear, and the newb was running say 270 mg/ml of test per cc rather then just 200 and yet he still thought it was fake or under dosed

I've gotten a doctor to write me a script for test c, test p, primobolan, deca, and hgh. I've gotten these compounds from an American pharmacy (super pricey of course).. and if I would of given a few bottles of primo for example to a total newb that doesn't have a clue how hormones actually effect him and work over a period of months, I'd bet he'd think I gave him 'fake gear'. he'd leave a bad review for an actual pharmacy just cause he's clueless on how AAS works (not that the AAS was bunk)

Apparently it’s because he’s been training “hardcore” since he was 11 and some bullshit about ostrich eggs or something like that. Oh and his “power bodybuilding” approach to training. Honestly, I don’t know the dude at all or anything, but sometimes I really think he says it just to be an ass because he seems like a smart ass. I can appreciate that. Yep they had some sort of "glitch" with token pay. I got one response about it and that was all I ever heard back. Sent a few more emails and never got a single response back after the first one.

Before this new merger or whatever it is and also after. My last purchase I actually used fucking zelle payment and had zero issue.

Never had an issue with rui. always got my stuff right away and everything seemed potent. I havent tried their hcg yet but i was looking forward to it. Hcg is pretty cheap i dont know why they would fake it. Plus a 6 dollar pregnancy test is all it takes to find out if its real. Im sure rui is aware of this and wouldnt be dumb enough to send out bunk hcg. Have you kept it refrigerated? Did you mix it right? Not attacking you at all, just sharing some of the mistakes ive even made myself. Sorry for your frustration, i understand how it feels.

Never had a problem with RUI they had a huge sale and everything was 50% off so I went back to them and stocked up. Liquids suck to take, but the price was right. Added a bottle of viagra on the order because it was cheap... no doubt it's legit.

Umm this guy ordered CBD and thought that there would be 240mg of THC in it??? You can’t just buy THC online dude. CBD is part of the same marijuana plant that has no THC.

Also I totally get you has a no-so-good experience but you don’t need to come on here and slam them. Also did you do the easiest thing in the world to test hcg and pee on a stick? Even if you did that and it happened to be a bad batch, rui has been around for ages and everyone makes mistakes sometimes.

I've had issues lately as well, I've ordered from them many times going back 10 years. I ordered liquid cia from them about 6 months ago and it seemed very under dosed, so I tossed it and ordered again about a month ago. I would be willing to bet it has no active ingredients in it now. And, yes, it's very easy to tell the difference, a legit 5MG tab has more potency than their 30mg dosage.
