In my prime, juiced with pump, 53 cm.
Havent measured in years, but i think my arms stil hang in there.
Since im natty now, i would say 50 cm with pump, like in that pic from yesterday.
Very off season though.

Im hitting thighs very light sunday and friday (like 100 pounds 20 reps, making every rep look perfect) and mod wednesday. All front and normal deep squats, high reps and added legpress wednesday.
Painless, feeling good all over and my thighs grow way better now than training heavy to failure once a week. Seriously.
