Well. I didnt have to. She is very happy with me. But her company was bougth up by some spains and her new bosses have totally other work ethic for treating people. And the lawyers and unions, which are very well working in Norway, say this is a figth they never will win so i just have to se her crying 1-2 times a week when she comes home after work. She got her doctor to give her a restperiod for ten days, and this was my contribution to give her a nice start and to forget about the job for a sec.
