    Yes, you the likelihood of being scammed is the same whether you do e-transfer or bitcoin or whatever else.

    I think what Windex was getting at was that if a lab is willing to take e-transfer, its probably not legit and you're getting scammed. If I was running a lab, I would never accept e-transfer because its going to leave a paper trail. Any reputable lab would think the same way... I would think.
