It's just a number. Lots of IFBB pros don't squat or deadlift.

It is just a number but it really pisses me off when someone tell me ill never be as strong as they are, and a 500lb squat is "not going to happen" and their pretty dam small.

There are guys that bench more than me at 130 lbs.
I dont have the balls to look at someone and say you cant lift that and never will be able to.

I actually posted a picture of myself upside down in a tree as an advertisement. Comments were absolutely retarded. People that know nothing about climbing were cutting me and my business down because they felt threatened I guess.

I hear you, I was once told I was ripped but not big. I went on a 12 year tear lol 165lbs 10% to 225lbs single digit bf%.
