If someone said “I don’t believe you could jump off this building and live,” would you do it? Squatting and deadlifting will damage your back, hips, and knees, so save up for surgery and be prepared to be a cripple when you’re older. There is nothing healthy about compressing your spine. What will it matter when it hurts to do anything and you can’t even sleep?
I see a lot of younger guys that are like you, sub 200 lbs and hardly look like they even lift, yet there they are squatting and deadlifting all day. It’s a joke to me.
