I see a lot of younger guys that are like you, sub 200 lbs and hardly look like they even lift, yet there they are squatting and deadlifting all day. It’s a joke to me.
There’s nothing healthy about anything that most of us do. Force-feeding for growth directly shortens lifespan by several biological feedback loops. Loading any of the joints repeatedly to failure (or close) inevitably leads to breakdown over the years. I know just as many bodybuilders with fucked up backs, shoulders and elbows as powerlifters.
Let’s not even discuss what comes with the drugs that most of us use.

We all have poisons. It’s just a matter of which you prefer the taste of.
