but this is not the case with MK being the half life is so long and it itself acts as the GHRH .
BUT .. being your MK is oral (and not injectible) then their may be something completely un related to GH pulse , and it may come down to something as simple as taking oral MK with food may diminish is absorption due to too much stomach acid preset . a lot of pills are to be taken apart from food because of absorption issues (like cytomel, or even cialis works better on an empty stomach) .
so thats the only reason why I could think not to take it with food . of course injectible MK could be taken with or without food . while injectible GHRPs still need to be taken fasted because of the short half life and dependence on GHRH
I've used MK off and on for about 6 years .. always took it at night before bed. sometimes I was behind on meals and had to get a meal in before bed as well . I'd still take the MK . I'd still wake up with super elevated blood sugar so I know for fact the MK still worked just fine to pulse GH through the night
