4Kg of Fiskepidding daily and lots of complex carb root veggies!

I know. But im not there. I must be easy and simple.
Dont have the motivation to live the lifestyle.
Upping the dose and cut the carbs are more my way.
But ifi get my hands of good gear, maybe ill do a perfect june/july.

Now its time for a Christmas training
. Eager to find out if 40 mg s23 are able to keep some of the 150 mg tren a ew gains.
Feeling pretty full from yesterday calorie surpluss.
Thighs, upper body. Pretty much everything.
Fridays its back and bis. Sunday Chest, tris etc.
Cardio monday.
Then tuesday nigth its stagetime. Plan is getting together at my place. Guess 12 people i think. Beetween ten and eleven in the evening i guess, we order a maxitaxi and go to the local sexclub which is celebrating 20 years that new years eve. The sexclub owners wife and Monica are lovers.
Should be hillarous.
