Mudman is good, he's always givin a helping hand

I'm 26, 185lbs, 5'11"

Training for 6 years I've done 3 cycles been off for a year and a half (dad died early last year and just killed all my motivation for a few months and was out of the gym) and have been steady in the gym for 8/9 months.

My cycles have been simple.

First one was Sus 250 and deca 200 for 10 weeks
Second was the same
Third was deca 200 and enanthate 250 with the deca pyramidding.

I saw decent gains with them all (10-20 lbs), I just like a little more mass, with as less waterweight as possible. I'd take about 6 months to a year between cycles.
