PIP Pain Relief!

Good evening gentlemen. I have a question. What do you guys do for PIP, to relieve it, if anything? I given myself 8 pins, 5 in the glutes, 1 in each quad and a couple hours ago my delt. I had the most minimal PIP from glutes if any at all using 23gx1.5. My quads hurt for like 4-5 days each, especially my right. I pinned my left a little higher and more on side so maybe thats why. But today I pinned right delt and I had/have PIP immediately. My quad PIP didn't start till a few hours later after pin, but the delt PIP was immediate. It didn't bleed, so I know I didnt hit a blood vessel, vein, or artery. Pinned quads and delt with 23gx1. So what do you guys do for your PIP? Heating pad? Ibuprofen?

Nothing really. Just suck it up is about all i can say. Ive had sever pip and even an abscess once. The pain was fairly high, i didnt want to but i did use an NSAID and it helped. Just part of it

- Z Track the injection

- Go slower when depressing plunger or removing pin

- More frequent injections with less volume

- Cut the injection with B12 or B6

I've had gear that was painless and gear that was like injecting liquid fire.

A slight amount of PIP is more or less par for the course.

Consider the size of the needle.

Certain spots will work better for certain people.

When you have gear that is painful you can cut it with neutral oil or diff gear.

Warm the gear to body temp before pushing.

Inject slowly. Big used to say 60secs per ml.

A little tylenol if it's really that bad.

Otherwise you just get to suck it up.

Good advice above..it really is what it is..if it’s painful you can make it slightly less painful but it’s still gonna have bite..try a different source next time ..there are a million of them..I cut mine with injectable B12 50/50 ratio seemed to alleviate some discomfort, but then your talking that many more shots..
Best advice.find a new source and don’t buy high mg/ml gear and like Cuz said suck it up..pain is part of the lifestyle

Some gear will give you more pip than others. Short esters always cause worse pip. I now just inject delts and glutes once in a while. I'm not interested in any short ester steroids, so I can manage the PIP from one week to the other. If I'm getting pip from Test E/C, then I change sources.

Staying away from short esters and high concentration gear are the first things I always tell people who are pip averse.
On the other hand, I’m sitting here with some 300/ml test p/tren a/mast p blend, looking forward to sticking it into myself in a few months. Pip be damned.

You guys give such great advice. Thank you all. Right now I'm only pinning Test E, 1cc(250mg), two times a week. My delt isn't feeling bad today, but yesterday hurt like a mofo. Worst immediate PIP I've had yet. It sucked. I thought I did a bad injection or accidentally went subq. Luckily not swollen or red. I did take a bunch of IBP and a heat pad. Will continue to do both after each time I pin. I am starting to wonder if my gear is bunk or watered down. Its very thin like water and not very oily. Im going on week 5 and nothing yet except 10lbs of weight gain at week 3. Going to get a blood test this week to check total test.

I just threw away 3 vials of Methenlone (Primo) ace. I could not take the PIP with daily injections. My quad hurt so bad I was limping. I tried doing just .3ml's (3 units on a 1 ml syringe) and it still hurt like a mother for a week.

Thank you all for the help. My worst PIP to date was Saturday in my right Delt. I thought maybe bad injection or a leak. Yesterday woke up and not as bad. So no leak or abcess or infection. Its not swollen or red. I guess I just wasnt prepared for that much PIP since I hadnt had it that bad to date. I might just have to stick with quads and glutez.

A couple of you guys mentioned getting a new source. I may have to anyway. I give myself my first shot of week 5 tomorrow and it hasn't kicked in yet. At all. So starting to wonder if it's watered down or bunk.

If your not willing to swap the gear out and the shot in the ass isn't bothering you....I just keep doing that one. its only twice a week.

You could try doing what I do and inject every 3 days instead of every 3.5. I only do that because of my work schedule. It'll slightly lessen the amount of oil. It seems like you're using a good concentration at least. Try warming the oil. That helped significantly for me, but everybody's different. Depending on your source, maybe a source change is in order.

I thought that too. But it was water and fat. And my libido isn't higher, im not stronger, not losing fat, not in better mood. I just figured I'd have the superman feelings I read alot about on test.

Would it have mattered if week 1 I took Sust 250, 1cc twice. So 500ng total. Just to front load with the shorter esthers. Then week 2 started Test E at 250mg x2.

I do 1cc of 250mg every 3-3.5 days. Using 25gx1" for quad and delt and 23gx1.5" for glute. But someone suggested I could get away with the 1" in glute too.

For you guys well more versed in this field of study. How would I know if it's a leak versus an infection versus an abcess? When to wait it out versus needing to go to an immediate care center. And I'm fine today. This is more of a question of just incase what to do. Which I hope is no just in case.

Infection is what causes the abscess..which is a Pocket of infection..if it’s red ,swollen, painful to the touch and your running fever and it won’t go away ..go to doc ..I’ve got abscesses before it’s a quick slice under local anesthesia..not a huge deal In a big muscle group ,but it can spread and cause more problems if left too long..
I thought I had a lot of abscesses over the years ,but the one time I had it, I could tell..it just doesn’t go away when ester is dissipated..
Mostly just happens with water based gear.ime
You use clean injection protocols and clean gear you shouldn’t worry about it..

Just for my own education. How long after an injection does it take for the redness, or swelling, or abcess, or infection or what have it, to show?

Not long, days not weeks..it depends though on a lot of variables iam sure..iam not versed on medical knowledge.just my experiences with abscesses..you’ll know within days..if it doesnt get better and is red hot painful and feels like a large knot..you probably have a abscess..it’s not a huge procedure, it just sucks having them take a scalpel and open you then pack the wound..now the worst part, repacking the wound lol
Anyways getting long winded
Hope you don’t have any in future and just remember, you’ll know..this isn’t pip pain it’s a whole different animal and follow clean injection procedures and oil base infection is one in 50000 with sterile oils..
