    I take it all first thing in the morning fasted. If I am running Tren I will also take my T3 in the morning at the same time.

    Taking it any other time is too much of a headache if I want to follow no food 45-60 mins before and after injection.

    My dose is scripted based off an injury from before. Hard to say how much HGH is contributing to my physique since there are so many variables. My biggest two pieces were recovery and sleep. Both are often under looked in performance.

    It's expensive but worth it if you have the income. My script is off label so I pay 100% out of pocket.

    Definitely excited about the recovery potential and the sleeping possibilities. I’m a shit sleeper and depend on medications. It’s brutal, throw tren in the mix and I’m a total insomniac. Agree on your perspective around rest and recovery. More ancillary benefits for what I’m looking for but agreed they should not be taken for granted. Great that you can even get it scripted, I’ve tried and failed a few times. Was harder than I imagined, even at the anti aging clinics. They all want to RX peptides. Hesitant on the Chinese stuff and finally found a source who has a legit medical need and gets surplus on his RX that I’ll be taking off his hands. Definitely not cheap either.

    Will follow the fasted part in the morning before food at 2 iu’s and another 3 either pre workout or before bed. Not sure which is better or if it’ll make a difference. I just want to to cruise on with my TRT and then have it as support for blasts. Mainly slight bulking and recomps.

    I would say I gained about an hour of sleep. Doesn't sound like much but adds up to 15 extra days if sleep in the year. A tweaked HRT goes a really long way for maintaining.

    If you are concerned about hunger from MK677, you could try taking it right before bed with sleep supplements. Maybe as a way to sleep through the hunger spike so to speak.
