    What about pop corn? Not like buttery fatning pop corn. Like bland ass regular popcorn. Wouldn't that be a dry carb?

    Mmhmm, as are breads that don’t contain a bunch of fat, cereals that don’t have a bunch of fat or fructose (think shit like Chex and low fiber bran cereals), etc.
    I’ve seen people get absurd refeed results with plain bagels as well.

    The only problem with dry refeeds is that they will make your mouth feel like desert hell through the whole process of eating and for several hours afterward. Not a huge deal though.
