they key is to keep it consistent .. if you been getting in 20g of fiber per day with certain foods for your entire 12 week prep. then stick with that during peak week. don't change that drastically just cause you have to carb load on Thursday. don't suddenly start carb loading on tons of fruit when you have not been eating that same fruit all contest prep (big Ramy comes to mind cause he made that mistake one year at Olympia)
