Not “really”. Had to go to the MD for something unrelated just after finishing a cycle. He wanted to do my annual BW & I couldn’t say no.
ALT, lipids & PSA were a little “high”. He wants to recheck in another 6 weeks, hopefully things will normalize just to make him more comfortable.
Hey, have any of you guys used primo? Since I do well with Var, it was suggested to me that I would do well with Primo as well.

It's weird that tobacco smokers never realize how pervasive the odor is until after they quit smoking.
Occasionally, Mrs. AG will say that I'm getting wound too tight and she'll send me out to let off a little aggression Since we live out in the country, I usually strip off most of my clothes when I get home and leave them on the porch if I've been to a bar/bars. The cigarette smell is overwhelming.

Saturday 60 min hiit treadmill workout and 2 hr dancing at the party - Knee cranky and unhappy and swollen and hurts.
It didn’t hurt at all until during dancing. The dance floor was uneven and I went low low low low low low low low with flo rider.

Well, had my Zilretta Injections this morning. Easy. Painless. I was suprised how much a knee joint can hold, fluid wise. I was thinking holy shit a 5 ml injection! Where's it all going to go? Asked the ortho and he laughed and said the knee would hold 100 ml. Holy shit, who knew?
He said i was his first patient with the new Zilretta and wants me to report back in a week or two and let him know how it goes. Basicall the procedure is as follows:
Spray freeze injection site
Inject 3+ ml's of Lidocain to numb it
Leave needle in and change barrel to Zilretta and inject 5 ml of that.
Ortho just slammed it in. Told him he was rude, he laughed. i could not imagine injecting that quickly, especially since it's so viscous and has crystals in it. So, we'll see how it goes. Right now it's not approved for repeat injections but that will change over time.

Just did legs yesterday. Felt like new knees. Zero pain on squats. Stayed light at 315 for 3 sets of reps but easily could have thrown another plate on but common sense prevailed for once. No residual pain either. Dealing with a calf strain so it held me back from vertical presses but I can't imagine them hurting.
Excellent G! No better way to change a physique than by resistance training.

Hi fellas/Girly, hope yous are all doing good. Endo phoned me during the wk there, my blood work she wanted me to get was kinda fucked.
So i pin my nebido every 11wks, i totally forgot so i was just about on my 12th wk, i had to wait 2days on my nebido so i pinned 1ml of test c, because i am always lower end by the time the 11th wk comes.
So anyway few days after i pinned the ml i go get my bloods done, she phoned me and was really concerned about the bloods, pcv was above 55% i think she said, range here is below 45% test was in the 80's range is 10-25 i have not got a copy yet so don't know the full.
She was asking if i take anything as my test has never been this high i said no of course, she wast believing it as i took my nebido after the blood work. So she is now stopping my trt and doing blood work every 4wks to see if the pcv will come down and test, once stable again she will start it.
