Your total test score is low...what about free test. E2 and SHBG? Are you on anything now?
You seem to have a two part question as well. One on seeking recovery advice and the other looking at cycle advice. I’d look at them independently. Also, I’d worry more on making sure my hormones are at par before planning another cycle and ensuring my ED is resolved before looking to pin again. On another thread you can post your planned cycle and ask for a critique.

Just a few suggestions to ensure better responses, and hopefully some better guidance
