    Appetite has went through the roof lately and have some water bloat looks like going on. Sleep is still shitty, keep waking up at 2 AM every damn night, ugh

    You taking 25 mgs before bed? Bloat and appetite are good indicators it’s kicking in. I still wake up in the night too, where I notice it is wince I hit REM it feels deeper and I’m dreaming more (at least I’m remembering them more and they seem more vivid since I started the MK)

    If you’re having a hard time staying asleep, ask your doc for some trazadone. I take 100 most nights. It’s cheap as shit, non habit forming and works

    Yes, 25mgs before bed. Definitely have the appetite but feel some of the bloat is subsiding.

    I may have to try that. Ever since I messed my shoulder up, I have been waking up at 2AM on the dot and struggle to get comfortable again until the alarm goes off at 5-6.

    You could try some natural sleep supplements or THC+CBD. May help you stay asleep.
