US gyms stil open?

just received news of state mandate that all gyms are supposed to close here as well.. fuk me, thats my source of income and livelihood. losing a month or more of revenue is a disaster (my overhead is the same, still got to pay rents , only now I have no revenue or income coming in)

In Norway, the government pays 80% of median income after day 16, if business is halted caused by corona. No such things at your place?

They're trying to get a package worked up that is supposed to be directed specifically towards the small business owners, but it will probably take some time to get it passed.

Unfortunately, some of our politicians like to waste time pointing fingers instead of doing their job and working together.

I hope they get it passed quickly. Small business owners can make a huge impact on the national economy and even more so on local economies.
