After seeing the photos, I am going to go cut up a pork loin I have in the fridge now and stir fry it to serve with a bit of saucy susan. I guess ill have heartburn tonight in bed in a couple of hours.
I have not eaten cooked meat in over a year other than a cheeseburger I had at a resturant a few months ago. When butter gets over about 100 degrees, the nutrients from the milk begin to mutate and your body will not be able to utilize it as well. It's ideal to put the butter at room temperature on your cooked meat.
