10 pounds in 2 weeks! So I thought, wait, I normally wake up before 5 am on the week days, now it’s 8. I’m sleeping 15 extra hours a week! It feels great, but I’m turning into a blob

Also, somehow I’ve gotten hooked on chips and salsa. That’s a new one too.

Clarky, you will be my guru, Mr. 2x a day cardio.

    Legs yesterday! Went great!

    5 minutes on stationary bike
Seated hams: 3 sets 12-15 reps. Still with solid, controlled pause at the top. Try them like this.
Vertical leg press: 3 sets 15-20 reps.
T-Bar squat things (my version of belt squats without a belt): 3 sets 12-15 reps. Killed these.
Dumbell one leg static lunges: 2 sets 15 reps
    Calf crap: 4-5 sets standing.

Sore last night and today as well.

    Good morning Clarky and everyone!

TY. Yep, in about an hour. Then washing my car will go down as cardio 2 actually.

Wife just broke me the newest pandemic woes from today’s paper. Meat shortages in the US. Too many folks working in the slaughter houses, processing plants, etc. are getting sick. They’re closing down plants.

My wife the huntress scored big at the market, maybe before everyone read the morning news? Didn’t stockpile, but just bought a little extra and put it in the freezer.

My car took me 2 1/2 hours and it’s a tad hot today. Plus cleaned the leather seats; the beast is looking good, but I’m really toasted.

Advil to the rescue. Took me an 1 1/2 hours and lowering the AC, but I finally am cooled off and have stopped sweating so I can freaking shower.

    No additional workouts today

I went for my blood test today. I'll post that here when I get the results. It was a little less detailed than I wanted it too and I dropped some compounds 7-days ago to make it look a little less insane. In other news, I got my daughter into an English speaking school here. It's weird, you really are not noticing much about this Pandemic here, life seems pretty much like normal. They have some issues with people in elderly homes where this got in but beyond that, it's pretty calm and life as usual. It seems like a stark contrast from back home. I did have my wife lose it on her dad (Fairly bad dementia now) who just had to go to Harbor Freight and pick up some stuff he did not need as he is 83-years old. I hope you guys are all safe and sound and your families are the same.

    Morning Clarky, everyone.

Eating better, more active, the scale is heading in a better direction.

Hey, another article on meat shortages (world wide) today. Going to buy a little extra again, if it’s out there.

Spent weekend making space for little home gym. Took better part of today sorting and discarding, organizing, painting and cleaning.

Still running Caloric deficit and scale is moving. Dr and I NOT on same page for sweet spot and when to add weights. I’m thinking lower and he’s thinking 10 higher....so I haven’t started but will start like a full body challenge...add more everyday.

    Knee still needs cortisone...hoping soon!

    Hope everyone is well!

I hope don’t suffer from dementia or worst. The impact on family unit is insidious :/

    Safe safe my friend.

It’s your body saying that it’s rejecting the cardio & misses the iron. Plain as day, I’m sure of it.

    Kilt burn?

There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
