having water retention is NOT from your estrogen levels.. thats a bro myth (estrogen has very secondary effect on water retention) its the compounds themselves causing water retention .. which is not a bad thing as water retention helps with a volumization of muscle cells ..
BUT too much water retention can effect your sleep and your cardiac/pulmonary out put . and yes thus cause lethargy .
I don't give direct diuretic advice over the internet (yes lots of things you can take). but I can say that perhaps a natural diuretic , a high dose of vitamin c and some dandelion root supplements may help you out , or there are supplements from places like Blackstone labs that work as natural diuretics .
you can also drop your carbs and go Keto for a few days and you will lose some of the water naturally
