having water retention is NOT from your estrogen levels.. thats a bro myth (estrogen has very secondary effect on water retention) its the compounds themselves causing water retention .. which is not a bad thing as water retention helps with a volumization of muscle cells ..
BUT too much water retention can effect your sleep and your cardiac/pulmonary out put . and yes thus cause lethargy .

I don't give direct diuretic advice over the internet (yes lots of things you can take). but I can say that perhaps a natural diuretic , a high dose of vitamin c and some dandelion root supplements may help you out , or there are supplements from places like Blackstone labs that work as natural diuretics .

you can also drop your carbs and go Keto for a few days and you will lose some of the water naturally

nolvadex works great for an estrogen/volumization blasting phase, for those that need it and are estrogen sensitive .. but for the most part , if you set up your AAS stacking properly , you don't need any ancillary drugs at all.
most AAS don't even aromatize to begin with and some , like masteron and primo have anti progestin and anti estrogen effects all on their own

I agree, I ran 1G deca + 1G test with no AI and had no issues. Didn't bother adding in nolvadex either. Just wanted to get your take on it incase you had changed your stance from a few months ago.

Not as great as I expected. It was just an experiment to try the so called pro making dosages we see online. Al though I didn't get any notable side effects, I also didn't get any crazy results. NPP at 600mg gave me better pumps, strength and fullness and I only needed to run it for half the time. Likely will not run Deca again.

I think there's a point of diminished results with just about everything. Just have to learn what it is for each of us.

I’ve noticed this to be the case with basically all oral steroids I’ve ever used. However with injectable steroids (for the most part) it would seem that more always yields more results. Anyone else have a similar experience?
