high DHT is usually self inflicted.. you are either taking something that converts heavily to DHT or your taking something that lowers your SHBG and is thus increasing free DHT..

that answer is simply to lower your dose, or switch compounds

for example, if you were taking high dose test along side Primo.. yes your DHT will be high.
if you switched to very low dose test and ran that with say Deca, your DHT would not be high
