    Best advice I ever give

    I'm probably going to probably check out here soon ...

    I'll leave you all with these few words of advice... sorry no anabolic wizardry to follow (as good as I am at that ,, so what)


    eat your damn protein and your red meat... kill a cow , a deer , an elk,, whatever with your bare hands.
    don't be such a pussy.

    thats it.. probably the best advice ever !

    had a lot of people reach out to me.. felt I needed a break , go plant my garden, move into the woods, build a frickin compound ,, idk lol.
    asking me to keep grinding and doing.

    just kinda felt null and void ,, had 15 or so clients in contest prep. there is no contest and these clients had no gyms to go to anymore..
    had a thriving gym with 800 members and people I trained there every day.. my gym has been closed for 3 months. there are no clients to train. most my clients are just texting me for spiritual advice now.. we went from monitoring their macros, weighing their food, counting every calorie and co factor, counting our reps, adding more load to the bar ... to quoting bible verses.
    lol.. sure I went to seminary and preached and taught Sunday school for years. but never thought I'd be doing that again and that my clients I trained and prepped for shows would suddenly switch to now wanting 'spiritual' advice..

    oh well , God works in mysterious ways..

    so I guess I won't leave. even though I felt I needed a break and just get away for awhile,, but realize there is a bigger picture to life then our own feelings and thoughts.


    having said that ..
    my advice is still the same . EAT YOUR MOTHER FUCKING RED MEAT PEOPLE. thats the key !! thats the secret .. steak, elk, lamb,, etc.. 7x per day

    I will agree with GH here in that I feel my best when I eat red meat as my primary protein source.
    I also eat eggs and pork and a little chicken.
    I also do use whey in my smoothies.

    But... if you only can have one.... make it red meat.

    Too many people IMO try the chicken and rice or whey shake 5 times a day... trying to avoid fat.

    Also, there is more to life than protein, fat, and carbs....

    probably throwing in a little bit of red meat and a few more carbs made the difference... and, um yeah a little bit of Anadrol too

    the secret is out .
    3-5 pounds of red meat per day.. plenty of good quality carbs. little fiber and veggies for good measure.. and 100mg of Anadrol, 1500mg of test, and 350mg of Tren.

    ^ thats it. its thats simple ..


    oh yeah, you still got to move some heavy ass weight 6 days per week

    I kind of like gooey stuff dripping down my meat as well. I generally don’t use or am accustomed to American cheese though.

    I think it’s a regional thing. I grew up in Chicago and putting ketchup on a hot dog there is a felony, lol. You you can never beat a pair of hot buns

    100% agree with you.. Bison is the best actually .
    you know where I live cause you know me.

    but we have a ton of bison here. heck I used to live 5 minutes away from a 1500 acre open space "bison farm".. was not really a farm per se. the bison would live out their lives living off the land free and being bison . select few hunters were invited in each year to take a small harvest and provide meat to the local community.
    our grocery store shelves were stocked with bison,, and it wasn't that expensive.
    feel bad for people in like the UK etc.. that can't even buy Bison at all

    Bulk=nutrient rich foods, red meat,eggs,etc
