Mustard on a burger? What kind of weird shit is that?

20 oz of venison (for you city folk, that means dead deer . yeah Bambi) and 8oz of wild boar .. thats whats for lunch today.
the deer was taken down with a bow, the wild boar was taken down with an AR15..

the mustard is simply a bonus, an added benefit from the gods.. heck you can put mustard on anything!

Ohhh, so that’s what venison is? Good, always hated Bambi, lol. I’m a bison fan, and if one does walk down our street, I’ll club it to death with a crow-bar, lol.

but we have a ton of bison here. heck I used to live 5 minutes away from a 1500 acre open space "bison farm".. was not really a farm per se. the bison would live out their lives living off the land free and being bison . select few hunters were invited in each year to take a small harvest and provide meat to the local community.
our grocery store shelves were stocked with bison,, and it wasn't that expensive.
feel bad for people in like the UK etc.. that can't even buy Bison at all

We have a rancher at our farmer’s market that has killer beef, bison & chicken as well. Between him, our fish vendors and the produce, what we buy in grocery stores now is minimal. I’m a horseradish fiend (I infuse my vodka with it) & have a brand of mustard that uses it. Can’t get enough.
