28 year old male, 5'10, 205 pounds.
Total T: 849
Free T: 78 (46-230)
SHBG: 56 (10-50)
I have some of the low T symptoms. Hard to gain strength and burn fat. No morning wood. Is morning wood a low t symptom even?
Anyway just wondering if I should even start TRT for good with my levels. Is there anyway I can lower my SHBG naturally to get more free T ? Or is TRT the only way for me to increase my free T?
