Was the darkest 3 months of my life and the most physical pain I’ve ever endured. Anyone that had fought this fight is a hero.

This forum and community gave me an opportunity to take my mind off of my situation and just put some focus somewhere else.

I’ve been at my lowest physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Cancer took a lot from me, what it didn’t take was my mindset. I’ve learned a lot on this journey and the most important thing is my perspective. There is a ton of bad out there but also so much good, you have the power where to put your attention.

Charger, I think of you daily and if you need anything I’m here. To the rest of you, thank you. Just floored by the support, the messages in my inbox and even the opportunities to get to know some of you personally, I’m so fucking grateful.

I’m out enjoying this beautiful state of mine and trying to reconnect with my boys to whom I’ve been so disconnected lately. I won’t let cancer take that from me either.

Wanted to check in and wish you all the best and to the Dad’s, enjoy the one day of the year that is YOURS!

Honored to be a part of this community and thankful for all that I’ve learned and shared here.

Here’s a pic of how I’m spending today, slowly reclaiming my life.

The gym starts back next week, can’t fucking wait.

Best to you all,
