It’s slang and it’s culturally specific. I was in a 100% Puerto Rican area. Mexican and South American will be all different, except for maybe the real simple shit like tu ta buena. That’s kind of universal.

It’s something I used to hear in the Bronx at work everyday. Every guy there loves catcalling chicks who walk by. It’s embarrassing to be part of a few guys standing around when one starts that .
