America isn't this "set in stone" thing. New laws go on the books and new policies are enacted every day. Some of them are very anti-freedom. This "love it or leave" it rhetoric got old. If you don't love it, you're free to try to change it in to something you love via voting, peaceful protest, reaching out to others, etc. If it catches wind with enough people things will change. Being a "free" people affords us this ability to change our destiny.

Besides, most countries have tougher immigration policies than America (unless you're coming from the 3rd world).
