Any considerations for this? I have like 5000 insulin needles and running low on the intramuscular syringes. Shot is 60mg x 2 a week. Brew is 500mg per ml. Thanks in advance. Will fill insulin syringe from the rear.

What size insulin syringes? They usually come in 25, 27, 28, 30, and 31G and variable lengths. One-piece or separate needles?

At 60mg/injection of a 500mg/mL solution, you will 0.12mL per injection. This is a small volume, but doable. I suggest using a 25-28G needle and a 1/2 mL one-piece syringe.

All the slin pins I've seen were 31g or 29g. Which is plenty big enough for water-based but not oil-based. I pin sub-q with 27g in a 3cc luer-lock syringe and it takes a lot or pressure on the plunger to squeeeeeze the gear through it.

There's A LOT of guys I know running their TRT in small dosages (5-10mg) daily, SUBQ.

Ive ran my trt sub q for yrs ..... 27, 31, 30 gauge, just leaves a welt i message out a tab bit and no issues, usually 100 ml's at a time in stomach fat....
