Going through the exact same^ I don't think it's estrogen/test related, just hormone fluctations. I get these feelings in the cycles I change dosages a lot. And also when I start a birth control pill pack.
I'm just focusing my mind on taking nothing personally. A person did something, it is related to them and it has nothing to do with my self-worth. Just get into a bubble where no one's actions impact image. Jealousy is just that, someone's actions influencing the way you perceive yourself. Same works for thoughts that involve people letting you down. No amount of anxiety will change what others are or are not capable to do.
Sleep helps a lot, usually negative thoughts happen when you're tired. Like, 3-4 am, after a poor night's sleep, is just their hour. Also after a tiresome day, before falling asleep. If the schedule allows get some rest during the day. Everything's brighter after a nap, lol!
