Nine days ago I mentioned that Flarduh's governor wanted the state's Castle Doctrine amended so it was legal to shoot looters. And that Tennessee and Texas probably wouldn't be far behind.

It took four days. A Tennessee legislator (whose district includes Ft Campbell) filed a bill on the 17th that would allow you to shoot looters. Except the proposed Flarduh law is 'fiddly' because the theft has to be in conjunction with a riot that was within a certain distance from your home. The Tennessee version isn't so overburdened with qualifying conditions. If he's stealing your shit, shoot him. Nice and simple.
