I do hope it is dirty enough.
Just watched a Netflix movie called Outlaw/King.
In it the adversary flies a "dragon banner" which symbolizes that the laws of chivalry are NOT in place.
Curious how chivalrous we are...
I think most of us were raised to be courteous and act honorably.
You'll witness it throughout all walks of life, our military, our intelligence community or in the civilian part of life; it's just whether or not people choose to follow that path.
Like you, I hope our agencies have enough drive and commitment to do the job at hand. Most importantly, I hope they aren't legislated or put under constraints that would prevent them from being successful.
Edit: I'll have to check out that movie!!
