Leg day was hamstring/glute focused today. Had a great session. Not having cardio on leg day definitely helps.

Standing calf raises 4 plates & 50lbs - 13, 12
Smith Bulgarian split squats 185lbs - 12, 10
Adductors 150lbs - 16, 14
Lying hamstring curls 115lbs - 15, 13
Seated calf raises 2 plates - 20, 16
