    At 180lbs I would be adding mk677 and some food.

    I dont think throwing that much gear at 180 lbs is going to help.

    Its like adding more horsepower to fix your traction problem.

    You need a better diet

    Keep it simple just test or test and deca with mk677.

    You're talking like 180lbs at 13% is a sort of skinny or something?? I have a pretty good physique I'm just trying to move to the next level and start competing.. my diet is well sorted and so is my training.

    I asked advice from experienced guys on dosages.. i know exactly what i am and where I'll be.

    I don't want to hurt you but 180lbs is not a big thing even for men's physique. You cut and end up around 160. In case you really wanna compete you have to add around 20lbs.
    To answer your question I'd drop tren e (it's not necessary for your goals) and eq (it's useless for gains imo) and add 500 deca instead.

    In my opinion 180 at 5’9” is more like a dad bod not really skinny.
