Really need help with Oestradiol levels stabilisation

Please can someone help me with my oestradiol levels, I am on Clomiphene 25mg twice a week (small dosage but it has boosted my test a lot as you can see). My doctor for the life of him cannot stabilise my oestradiol levels, it's physically and mentally painful going from high to low and vice versa (I experience many mental health symptoms when oestradiol gets too high, and a couple of symptoms when oestradiol get's too low such as extreme tiredness).

He puts me on 0.25mg Arimidex 3 times a week when my e2 is too high, eventually this brings my levels too low. When it is too low he puts me on 0.25mg Arimidex once a week, and this makes my levels go up too much. How long shall I wait to go to twice week? Or does anyone have an idea how else I can manage this? My SHBG has dropped the only thing I have changed is adding Zinc 25mg a day.

thank you as per! Problem is last time I had Arimidex 0.25mg once a week (which is essentially what you are saying with 1/8 mg 2 x per week), it simply was not enough. My e2 elevated hugely, so that dose wont be enough unfortunately. What would you recommend?

I can change the clomid to over 4 doses, thanks again

Thank you so much for this, so I listened to your advice Cycol and told my Doc. He has now changed my dosage to 12.5mg of Clomid EOD and changed my Arimidex to Aromasin.

Dosage now:
Clomid 12.5mg EOD
Aromasin 25mg twice a week, however your point about keeping things more stable - shall I do 12.5mg EOD (which is the same as 25mg twice a week just split more).

How does the Aromasin dosage sound to you/others here? My doc said once the e2 reaches around 100 pmol then go to Aromasin twice a week.

A bunch (almost 3k) of my posts just disappeared. Glitch in the Matrix, I reckon. Admin very kindly restored my log and everything seems GTG now, but those posts are still gone. First world problem lol!

I don't have a lot of experience with Aromasin, but I think that 25mg Aromasin is roughly equivalent to 1mg arimidex. That seems like a lot, but if it works for you, cool. But yeah, I would spread that dose out as much as possible.

Finally, talk to your doc about enclomiphene. I just got it prescribed (actually, I picked it up today). It is touted as "clomid without the bad stuff". You can find what I know about it here. Oh, and I will be sharing blood work when I have it to see if enclo lives up to the hype.

I kept getting bunk enclo from Express. Now, I have it prescribed from my doc and took my first real dose today. Log forthcoming!

There are a couple of sites that are supposed to have legit enclomiphene, ReceptorChem is one of them and they are UK based.
