Guys who use AI weeks before PCT

I've seen guys running AI in the waiting weeks of PCT. Something like, if he used enanthate in the 2 week wait time for the enanthate ester to leave his system he would still still be using AI..I wonder if this procedure can't make the guy feel like shit?

It takes 5 half lives for a compound to leave your system. Most people are starting their PCT far too early.

Also, an AI should only be used as needed. If you are off cycle completely, there is absolutely no reason to shut your estrogen down.

It totally COULD, but is not guaranteed to do so. If they ran their estrogen REALLY high during cycle, they might want to bring it down some heading into PCT. But a lot of this depends on the experience of the individual with the various compounds involved. Most experienced folks probably wouldn't take their E, but it could easily happen with someone who is doing their first cycle.

I'd agree with both however theoretically it could be beneficial to use an AI leading up to PCT time as beginning PCT with low estrogen could be advantageous to recovery. Paraphrasing kelkel when I asked him about it was to the tune of "in theory yes, gauging the effectiveness of it is another matter."

Davi, I think you'd be fine as long as you don't CRASH your estrogen. That's the important part.

Is it true that it takes 5 half lives for a hormone to leave the system? Do you have more references about it?

Found kelkel's post response to my question of whether it would be beneficial to use AI at the end for this reason:

"In theory yes but I wouldn't go so far as crashing your E. The job of serms is to basically trick the hypothalamus into thinking there's no estrogen therefore they then ramp up signalling (hypothalamus-pituitary-testicals) to initiate test production. Starting with lower E could then be a plus as it would help the speed of the serms effectiveness. Gauging the success of this is another matter." -kelkel

It probably doesn't matter a whole lot and I could be splitting hairs and making things unnecessarily confusing, it was just a what's maybe the MOST optimal approach

This you tube video is very good, I think that many people follow Austinite's sticker and no one has ever questioned what he indicated, of just waiting 14 days for enanthate ester, 18 days for Cipionanate and 3 days for propionate... This thread is good for updating new members the ideal way to wait is 5 half lives of hormones for them to get out of the system. Thanks!
