Blood work ?

Hey guys first time doing blood work sadly.. I am testing my testosterone/ growth hormone along with a lot of other health things . My question is what steps should I take to make sure I’m getting good results I was reading I should do growth right before going also read doing a whole 10iu will yield best results wondering what u guys have experienced and what I should do with test pin 48 hrs before ?

Hey bro, just stick to your regime and get blood work whenever.

You will want IGF + full endo panel , ie test, sensitive e2, lh and t3

Get your standard blood work too
