    Your diet needs good fats, vegetables to provide micronutrients and fiber, include avocado, cashews etc., and a few cups of vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, lettuce salad... And Iranon's advice 150g or less carbs per day to melt fat

    Diet is easy, do what you are doing, track it every day and change it as needed. I would only change the carbs as needed, on a cut you can get by with 150-200 easily depending on your metabolism.
    I followed this advices and dropped to 85 kilos. Carbs were up to max 150g and I reduced my fat rate to around 13%. My waist is pretty thin now. Thank you guys for support Now it's time to start the new first long cycle.
